“ Nestled in the middle of Norton, this gem is one of my favourite places to go to. The food is delicious and fresh every time. The staff are always friendly and they always remember that I have a nut allergy every time I go there. Would thoroughly recommend everyone to try it out. ”

“ This was our first visit to Cafe lilli and we are very much looking forward to making it a regular spot. On arrival we were met quickly by an incredibly friendly waitress and a table was found, water provided and the menu explained. The menu is wonderful, and we were delightfully informed of all the local fresh produce that has gone into the menu. They're rightfully proud of their supply chain, supporting local farmers and producers. The meals we chose were, and i use use this vary rarely, excellent. A Lamb Kahrai, a Rissotto and my own choice of Buffalo from a farm around 10 miles away, with some of the most delicious vegetables i've had in a restaurant for a long time. The service was excellent throughout, super wine options and happy to make cocktails that aren't on the menu (although no Ginger Beer :-) ). Overall, the sheer enthusiasm of the staff and owner would be enough to make this a regular stop. The incredible quality of the meal is only an added bonus. ”

“ What a wonderful restaurant! While visiting from Big Sur, California I had dinner with British friends here and the food was amazing. I had pan fried chicken breast on ratatouille with fresh vegetables and pesto. I asked for bread and the owner brought me a large portion. Home baked, it was perfect. Finished the meal with sticky toffee pudding, my first ever and easily the best of the trip. Cannot recommend Cafe Lilli enough. It easily rivals the best of California restaurants and the owner is such a lovely man. ”

“ From the beginning, with a lovely greeting we had a marvellous time. A table starter of bread and olives was just the right start. But the Alto Mura bread was too nice. I had to restrict myself to not spoil my appetite. Mains of Salmon and Langoustine, and duck were brought in perfect time. My duck was perfectly pink, tender and juicy. And the accompanying vegetables delicious. My guests wolfed their salmon. A limited dessert menu provided three beautiful dishes. Service is perfectly poised between friendly/ informative/ professional. At last I've found a restaurant that serves a considered coffee, not the modern trend for St*****ks-like bitter brown water. Overall a perfect lunchtime experience. I always say you can tell the quality or care of a restauranteur by their selections of coffee and house wine. Both were excellent. Expect 50 per person. (Although full disclosure we don't all drink alcohol, so if you have wine drinkers then expect more) Lovely atmosphere more French Bistro than anything else. Loos were spotless. ”
